Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–6 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, international delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pink Muse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.

Damages

Pink Muse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

How long before I see results?

Use it 10 minutes a day, 4–5 days a week. You'll feel the difference immediately — less tightness and itch, oil actually reaching your scalp. Anything visible follows your hair's natural growth cycle, so give it a few months of consistent use.

Can I use my own oils?

Yes — rosemary, castor, argan, minoxidil, any serum you already own. The [X ml] reservoir feeds oil through the tips as you massage, so it lands on your scalp instead of your lengths. Thick oils go on easier slightly warmed. Works dry as a massager too.

Is it safe for coloured, treated, or thinning hair?

Yes. The silicone tips are soft and rounded — a firm fingertip massage, not a brush — so nothing snags or pulls. Don't stare at the LEDs, skip it on broken skin, and check with your doctor first if you have a diagnosed scalp condition. It's a personal care device, not a medical one.

Free shipping across Canada and the US. Orders leave within 2-6 business days. Not for you? 30 days from delivery for a full refund — no questions.
